Strathfield Council

To Whom It May Concern:

Strathfield Council has employed the services of Australian Mobile radio for many years, in which time they always provide good advice, product and excellent service.
AMR have demonstrated to be a progressive company, in tune with council communication needs. Their mobile team of technicians have always responded with urgency and commitment to quality of service.
We have found Shaun Pratley, Ross Deitch and the staff at Australian Mobile Radio to be most helpful, supportive and innovative to our requirements.
Council has no reservations in stating openly our satisfaction with AMR and freely endorse our relationship. We have no hesitation in referring AMR to other organisations who seek communications solutions and related products like Emergency Vehicle Light bars, Two Way Radio and GPS Tracking.

To whom it may concern:
Australian Mobile Radio have recently completed a contract with our company for the supply of 4,200 Tait mobile radios, as well Tait Base Station infrastructure used for the upgrade of our taxi fleet.
In addition to completing the supply contract on time and in a most professional way,
Ross Deitch and Shaun Pratley always made themselves available to ensure any concerns or request for assistance were addressed promptly and in a most helpful manner.
As well as the supply of the radio equipment AMR was engaged in assisting in the refit of our Sydney Taxi fleet. This was a time critical exercise and demanded consistent and reliable installation criteria to strict time table AMR delivered on their pledge to complete this undertaking to meet those conditions.
It is with out hesitation that I would recommend AMR to any one looking to engage their services as being professional, diligent and most focused on ensuring the client receives the best advice and solution to their requirements.

NBC

18January 2001

To Whom It May Concern:

Australian Mobile Radio recently completed providing trunked radio service to NBC Olympics for the support of our operations groups for the Sydney 2000 Olympics Games.

Australian Mobile Radio provided multiple base station facilities along with 250 handheld radios that serviced NBC’s transportation, security, catering, games services, IT operation, client services, technical logistics and accommodations operations.

Ross Deitch led the team from AMR to provide a complete service package to NBC Olympics. This included installation and set up of multiple user groups within the system. As with any major project there were unforeseen requirements and technical challenges that arose along the way. When confronted with these challenges, Ross and his team were always there to insure that our communication needs would be met. With an event like the Olympics things have to be right the first time and absolutely have to work, there is no room for error and you don’t get a second chance.

Ross insured that NBC Olympics was covered no matter what happened. I have no problem recommending AMR for any communication challenge. They were always there when I called them for assistance and always performed in the most professional manor.

If you would like to know more about how AMR handled NBC Olympics’ communication needs for the Sydney Olympics please fell free to contact me at +12126644145
